Booking confirmation
Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received and confirmed. Until then, the date remains available for other bookings.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may be charged.

Client preparation
Clients must arrive with a clean face and inform the makeup artist of any allergies or skin conditions.

Travel
Travel fees may apply depending on the location of the booking.

Hygiene
Strict hygiene standards are maintained. All tools and brushes are thoroughly sanitized between clients.

Portfolio
Photos may be used for portfolio and social media unless requested otherwise.
